“The World’s Richest Ranch Rodeo”
Rawhide Ranch Rodeo is more than just a thrilling showcase of cowboy grit —it's a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to giving back. Every dollar raised from this action-packed event goes directly toward supporting our local volunteer fire departments and EMS services. By attending, you're not only celebrating Western heritage—you’re helping equip the heroes who protect our rural communities every day.
The two-day event will consist of four-man teams competing in long round stray gather to jockey for a spot in the short round, where the top 10 teams will compete in four ranch rodeo events: sorting, calf branding, trailer loading, and cow milking. Entries will be limited to 100 teams - however, contestants may enter twice, limited to being on a second team with only one other team member from their first team. Entries are $1000 per team, 100% of the entry money will be paid back to contestants!
In addition to the ranch rodeo action, the event features a trade show filled with western makers and artists, food vendors and live music!
Prizes include custom Paul Van Dyke saddles, along with a chance to win a set of spurs, bit or buckles from artisan Mitch Lewis. ‘Top Horse’ will win a bit and ‘Top Hand’ will win spurs, both crafted by Gary Johnson.
At Rawhide Ranch Rodeo, we believe in giving back to those who work tirelessly to keep our community safe. That’s why a portion of the proceeds from this ranch rodeo event will be donated to our local Emergency Medical Services and Fire Departments.
